Budapest Moving Company provides dedicated B2B corporate relocations and inbound/outbound international moving partner operations across Budapest and Hungary. We commit contractually to agreed timeframes and seamless business continuity.
01. Legal Counterparty & Scope of Contract
All relocation, packing, and destination operations conducted under the Budapest Moving Company brand are legally contracted and executed by EasyMoving (Budapest, Hungary). Official enquiries: info@easymoving.hu.
02. International Moving Partner Workflows (Destination Services)
- Customs Clearance: Inbound overseas shipments must have received official Hungarian/EU customs release before collection from commercial freight hubs (BUD Cargo City, BILK terminal).
- Depot Condition Check: Condition check with photographic documentation is performed immediately at handover.
- Delivery & Debris Removal: Inside delivery, room placement, unpacking to horizontal surfaces, basic furniture assembly, and complete removal of packing materials.
- Proof of Delivery (POD): Digital POD signed by the consignee is transmitted within 4 operational hours of completion.
03. Cargo Liability & Insurance
This website does not certify or guarantee insurance cover. Before booking, request written confirmation of the insurance, liability terms and damage reporting process applicable to your specific job.
04. Invoicing Terms & Jurisdiction
Invoicing and payment follow the accepted written quote. Deferred payment is available only if separately agreed in writing. Contracts are governed exclusively by Hungarian law, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Budapest.
